It's a hard time right now to buy a house but she really made it easier with finding a home making offers and making the paperwork simple and easy to fill out while explaining any questions I had. Without her help I'd still be looking for a home and I love the house she helped me Buy."

"When we decided to sell our home, I wanted to get someone I didn’t know to help us price our home. I went online and went through the company’s and just happened to select Candace. She answered her cell on the first call. We talked for a few minutes and gather some information. She came over a couple days later when we got back into town and we priced our home. She told us that she might have someone interested that she had already been working with. She brought them to see our home that same night. They loved it and was ready to make an offer. The rest was history. We closed on June 2nd. Candace was very professional and was very friendly and Thorough. She became a great friend very quickly. My wife and I believe that the Lord lead us to Candace to sell our home and to a wonderful family that we know will love the home. We highly recommend Candace. She will take care of you and make sure all parties are treated fairly. A win/win."

"Listing a house at the front end of a Pandemic was not what my husband and I had planned when we set our plans in motion to move to the other side of the city to be closer to his work. In January 2020, Candace helped us figure out what needed to be done to get our house ready to list as well as beginning the process for looking at potential new homes. She is definitely someone you want on your side either buying or selling! You and your best interests are what drive her to be her best! We had a contract within a short time and she was able to get us the highest sale price in our neighborhood. Candace also helped us navigate some craziness between COVID and other issues with our new home that we chose to build. Everything she does, from coordinating with her team members to obtaining amazing promotional materials, is done with a main goal in sight - satisfied sellers/buyers!
